We Are Austin Tech, a weekly video segment featuring Austin’s technology industry movers and shakers, has released its latest video featuring Karen Bantuveris, founder and CEO of VolunteerSpot, a ffVC portfolio company.
Bantuveris founded VolunteerSpot, which creates coordination tools that make it easy for everyone to join together and make a difference, in 2009. The Austin-based startup currently has more than 2 million users and growing. In the video, Karen talks about starting up shares best practices with new entrepreneurs.
ffVC has a few investments in Austin, Texas including InfoChimps and GameSalad and looks forward to meeting more exciting entrepreneurs when the tech world gathers there for SXSW interactive March 8-11th,2013.
