Mary has been working with small, privately held start ups, as Controller for over 10 years. She has experience in all aspects from company formation and capital raising, to stock issuance and revenue generation. She has managed accounting, human resources, IT and Office Operations.
In 1994 Mary joined Sony Corporation of American as Director of Finance for the Sony Style Flagship Store on Madison Avenue. In 1996 she was promoted to Executive Director and was involved in the budget, planning and operations of Sony’s Retail Entertainment Venue, the “Metreon” which opened in San Francisco in 1999.
Mary started her career at Coopers and Lybrand. In New York City where she spent 5 years in the Audit Practice where she became a CPA.
Mary earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Francis University in Pennsylvania.
